OSWEGO, N.Y.– Oswego Industries which provides services and support for adults with disabilities is partnering with the local venue, The American Foundry, to provide a curb-side ham and scalloped potatoes dinner.

The drive-thru fundraising event is scheduled for Saturday, March 13th with pick-ups available from noon to 2 p.m. at The American Foundry. Proceeds will help fund different services and activities to keep people with disabilities in our community independent.

“People who have disabilities just want to be a part of the community like everyone else,” said Rebekkah Frisch, Marketing and Communications Associate at Oswego Industries.

“They tend to have a few more barriers, especially with accessibility and mobility. We really are trying to change that and change the stigmas around having those disabilities. The best way to do that is by supporting them and helping them get out into the community,” said Frisch.

Pre-ordering tickets are encouraged and are available through March 5th. The tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. You can order your tickets on the Oswego Industries website at www.oswegoindustriesinc.org or contact Rebekkah Frisch at rfrisch@oswegoind.org.
