SUNY Oswego hosts annual OzFest

OSWEGO N.Y.- Have you ever wondered what it’s like to attend a virtual live concert?? Due to the pandemic that is exactly what is happening at this year’s OzFest.

This year’s OzFest is taking place today, Friday April 30th at 7:30 pm. The headliners this year are rap artists Trippie Redd and Snakeships.

OzFest this year might look a little bit different due to the pandemic. In the previous years it has been an all day event filled with free food, games and interactive activities. But that does not mean students can’t have fun this year. Students across campus are super excited for this virtual event.

“I am so excited to go to OzFest even though it’s virtual this semester. It features one of my favorite artists, Trippie Redd. I like a few of his songs so I am excited to go listen to him.” said SUNY Oswego student Noelani Sajous.

The Student Association planned the fun-filled music event to celebrate the end of the spring semester. If you are interested in signing up for the concert you can find more information at https://calendar.oswego.edu/event/ozfest_concert_2021#.YIwihWZKjFo
