Fans prepare for SUNY Oswego’s Whiteout weekend

Oswego, NY- Lakers mens’ hockey fans are eagerly awaiting for this year’s Whiteout weekend to begin.

Student, from freshmen to seniors, have been looking forward to the game all year.

Tickets for tonight’s game against the Potsdam Bears are sold for students, but tickets are still available for the public and can be purchased for $8. Tickets to tomorrow night’s game against the Plattsburgh Cardinals are completely sold out. Doors open for both games at 6PM.

Fans can begin lining up for the Plattsburgh game beginning at 3PM in the Marano Campus Center. Anyone who comes before 3PM will be asked to leave the building.

The Lakers defeated both Potsdam and Plattsburgh in away games during the fall semester. SUNY Oswego is currently number one in the SUNYAC conference.
